TThis salsa was created by a fire protection engineer, named John. John picked up a passion for hot and spicy food during numerous trips to the Gulf Coast and Southwest in his work on various fire protection projects. John's wife, Sue, was raised on the Gulf, so the couple would frequently travel to New Orleans and stock up on ingredients John needed to satisfy his hot and spicy taste. A few years later we discovered his first salsa and featured it in the Salsa2U™ - America's Gourmet Salsa Of-The-Month Club!™.
