This delightful bean and corn salsa is perfect salsa for dipping and to "flavor boost" meals. There is power in "teaming up" on a worthy project. Shooting Star Farms was conceived in early 1998 by three couples who had a love for cooking and "Mexican" tastes. Knowing that the market had many choices in "traditional" salsas, they decided to create some distinctively flavored salsas which could be used in cooking not only Mexican dishes, but other cooking styles, as well.
