DIRECTIONS: • 1 1/2 - 2 lbs sirloin chopped into cubes or 2 inch strips • 1 - onion • 2 Tbs vinegar • 1 tsp paprika • 1 12 oz jar of Guido's Salsa • 1 tsp garlic powder (or fresh to taste) • 1 Tbs Worchestershire sauce • 1 tsp vegetable oil Cut onion into long strips and soak in vinegar and paprika for at least thirty minutes. Add salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Worchestershire sauce to meat. Brown meat in oil. Add onions (drained) and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add Guido's Salsa to meat mixture and simmer slowly for about five minutes. Serve meat mixture over French fried potatoes. © 1997-2004, Salsa2U.com |
